Core 4 Curriculum

  • Communication is easily one of the most impacting and yet challenging of all skills. It is the essence of all human relations and today, there are more methods than ever in which to do so. Therefore, whether a senior or an entry level leader, it is critically important to learn the principles & practices that constitute the art and science of truly effective communication. This is achieved only when the receiver understands the message of the sender. Increasing data points to the fact that highly effective communicators possess both cognitive and emotional intelligence.

  • In our CORE 4 Program, we provide a journey to both acquire the fundamental skills associated with effective communication, and/or refresh already acquired skills. This is a learning opportunity for professionals, especially people leaders to humbly check and refine their communication effectiveness, especially when managing employees through times of change and conflict. In addition, managers are expected to provide feedback, direction and guidance to their people, and exercising agile communication skills to successfully coach and influence their employees to strong performance and a healthy, positive culture.

  • CORE 4 is a truly fundamental program that greatly influences people's attitude & performance.

Middle Manager Essentials title page

Middle Managers Essentials (MME)

  • “Organizations have long seen middle management as ripe for cutting whenever times get tight, and the current moment is no exception. The authors believe that this is a costly mistake. Human capital, they say, is at least as important as financial capital, and middle managers, who recruit and develop an organization's employees, are the most important asset of all-essential to navigating rapid, complex change. They can make work more meaningful, interesting, and productive, and they're crucial for true organizational transformation. But if managers are to fulfill this promise, leaders must reimagine their roles, push to more fully understand their value, and train, coach, and inspire them to realize their potential as organizational linchpins.” Taken from Harvard Business Review (July 2023) Don't Eliminate Your Middle Managers By: Emily Field, Bryan Hancock & Bill Schaninger

  • This program is designed for managers who are both accountable for the work of their people, and at the same time must collaborate with their own leader to attain positive results. Middle Managers often encounter significant challenges in both recognizing their own role, responsibilities and clear expectations. MME will equip these highly influential leaders with a sensible pathway to enable long-term success, by ensuring 'finger on the pulse' consciousness to their communication relationships with all employees and leaders.

Executive Leadership Curriculum title page

Executive Leadership Curriculum (ELC)

  • Executive leaders are given the heavy responsibility of creating all of the internal organizational conditions that will lead to success on multiple fronts. With this responsibility and expectation come challenges, some very familiar and indeed some not so familiar. The appearance from outside the offices of executives can seem a lofty, rosy and mostly non-turbulent position. Yet, in reality, the executive role can often be a position of sustained, high stress and even produce a sense of being alone, with no one to confide in to receive guidance and coaching from.

  • Our Executive Program will ‘increase self-awareness’ and humanize the role of executives from their own perspective. This in conjunction with the obvious required strategy and influencing building skills they must possess, to help them see themselves in an honest light. This program will assist every participant in both achieving their business objectives, but equally in establishing succession and a legacy, that in the eyes of their company, teams & individuals, felt positively touched in some way, whether for business, leadership or both. This is a program built upon the ethics & humility of executive leaderships which accounts for human success equal to business success.
